PITTSFIELD CEMETERY BRIDGE

SK Design Group engineered the replacement of a failing concrete bridge at the Pittsfield Cemetery with a new prefabricated steel bridge. Supported by helical piles and concrete pile caps, the new structure ensures enhanced durability and stability, while minimizing environmental impact and preserving the cemetery’s historic character.

orchard road reconstruction

SK Design Group provided civil engineering design and consulting services for the Orchard Road Reconstruction project in Dalton, Massachusetts. This roadway improvement initiative was driven by long-standing community concerns and funded in large part through a $1 million MassWorks grant, awarded to address deteriorated pavement conditions and chronic drainage issues that impacted safety and usability.
