RICHMOND RESIDENCE

Completed in Spring 2018, the Richmond Residence is a custom single-family home featuring a main residence, guest bunkhouse, carport, and pool with panoramic views of the Berkshires. Believed to have the first green roof in the region, the home uses geothermal wells, solar panels, and passive design strategies. SK Design Group provided building design, structural and civil engineering, land surveying, and permitting services.

BERKSHIRE LAKE HOUSE

Completed in Winter 2017, the Berkshire Lake House is a major renovation project that transformed a modest structure into a modern lakeside retreat. The expanded footprint maximizes panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains from nearly every room. SK Design Group provided building design, structural engineering, land surveying, and wetland permitting services.

PITTSFIELD RESIDENCE

Completed in Summer 2017, the Pittsfield Residence is a full renovation of a deteriorated lakefront home. SK Design Group led the redesign and structural repairs, addressing foundation, framing, and water table issues. Services included building design, structural and civil engineering, and land surveying.
